These terms apply when you add Vicewave to a Discord server or use its commands. By using Vicewave you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot.

1. What Vicewave is

Vicewave is a free, fan-made Discord bot for GTA 6 communities. It offers a launch countdown and reminders, a feed of GTA 6 news, a gallery of official screenshots, and a points-based economy for your server.

2. Using the bot

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age rules.
Don't abuse, spam, exploit bugs in, or try to disrupt the bot or the servers it runs on.
Don't use Vicewave to harass people or to break any law.
Server admins are responsible for how the bot is configured in their server.

3. Server economy

Economy points (such as “Coins”) are just for fun inside your Discord server. They have no real-money value, can't be bought with real money, and can't be cashed out, sold or traded for anything outside the bot.

The economy is separate from GTA 6 and has nothing to do with in-game money. There's no gambling. Server admins can grant, remove or reset points, and seasons may be reset.

4. News and screenshots

The news feed shows short excerpts from publishers' public feeds and always links to the original article. All rights stay with those publishers. Screenshots in the gallery are official Rockstar Games images, linked from Rockstar's own site with credit. Vicewave does not host or claim them.

5. Not affiliated

Vicewave is a fan-made bot and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. Release dates and details come from public sources and may change.

6. Availability

Vicewave is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we aren't liable for downtime, lost points or any other loss from using the bot, as far as the law allows.

7. Ending use

You can stop using Vicewave at any time by removing it from your server. We may block users or servers that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the bot means you accept the new version.
